Exhibitor Awesomeness & Amenities:

With great pride, we will provide exhibitors the following to help ensure a positive experience and to help you book more weddings, build your brand, and connect with fellow vendors:

  • We will provide a generous 10×10 pipe & draped space, smaller and larger spaces available (see booth costs & sponsorship opportunities), so you may create the most positive display of your products or services. We encourage you to think outside the box, kick your chairs aside, and interact with the show attendees. Sorry, no booth sharing.
  • Sponsors will receive prime booth space in high traffic area, and select a space of their choosing in order of registration- SO REGISTER EARLY!
  • Dragon Entertainment will provide fashion show music, and announcements throughout the show. Sponsors will get ‘shout-outs’ throughout the event.
  • A digital registry of attendees, who provided release permission. This list is provided to fully paid attending Exhibitors in good standing.  The list is not available for purchase, nor can it be distributed to non participating vendors. A $500.00 fine will be imposed  to Exhibitors violating the registry non-share clause.
  • The Hapo Center {formerly named TRAC} will comfortably accommodate a great number of exhibitor booths, and the 1000+ attendees (based on historical data) expected from throughout the Eastern WA region. We will not be limiting the number of Exhibitors, nor attendees, unless we pass capacity of the center.
  • No membership is required, insurance isn’t mandatory, and we are all inclusive, not exclusive. The Exhibitor Code Of Conduct will be strictly enforced, and any vendor with negative comments, abusive language, or slander toward another vendor will forfeit their right to participate in current and future shows. This show is for positive, upbeat, synergy minded vendors.
  • Vendor standard packages include one draped 10’x10’ booth with skirted rectangular  table & two chairs. Smaller and larger booths will have slight modifications.
  • Vendor lunches will be provided by CG Public House, one lunch per booth. Additional lunches are available for a charge.
  • Electricity to booth is available for a small additional charge.
  • WiFi is available at no additional charge.
  • Vendors may include a promotional item in the gift bag handed out to each bride at the door.
  • FREE one-year complimentary listing on this website is included at no additional charge. Front page exposure opportunities available, please inquire.
