These Terms & Conditions govern use of bridalexpo.love, the Ever & After Wedding Expo vendor portal, vendor listings, and related online services. By using this website or submitting content through the vendor portal, you agree to these terms.
Website information
We work to keep event details, schedules, vendor information, and other website content accurate and current. Details may change, however, and the website does not guarantee the availability, pricing, services, or performance of any exhibitor, sponsor, venue, or third-party provider.
Vendor accounts and access
Vendor accounts are created or approved by Expo management and may be used only by the authorized business and its representatives. Vendors are responsible for maintaining the security of their sign-in access and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
Expo management may approve, return for edits, suspend, restrict, or remove an account or listing at any time when reasonably necessary to maintain accurate information, protect the Expo or its visitors, enforce these terms, or address an exhibitor's change in participation status.
Listing review and approval
New listings and vendor-submitted changes remain hidden until approved by Expo management. Approval confirms only that the listing is suitable for publication on this website; it is not an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee of the vendor's products, services, licensing, insurance, or business practices.
Vendors are responsible for reviewing their listings and promptly correcting outdated or inaccurate information. Annual review reminders are a courtesy and do not replace that responsibility.
Submitted content and permission to use it
Vendors retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting a logo, photograph, video, description, link, social-media handle, or other material, the vendor represents that it owns the material or has permission to use and share it.
The vendor grants Ever & After Wedding Expo a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, resize, crop, format, display, and use approved submitted content for the vendor's listing and for reasonable promotion of the Expo and participating vendors on this website, blog, email, and Expo social-media accounts. A vendor may request removal of its listing or submitted content, subject to reasonable processing time and any recordkeeping obligations.
AI-assisted drafts
The website may use artificial intelligence to help prepare vendor spotlight articles, search-friendly descriptions, captions, or other promotional drafts. AI-generated material is treated as a draft and is not published solely because it was generated. Expo management reviews and approves content before publication. Vendors should notify us promptly if published information requires correction.
Social-media publishing
Approved vendor information and submitted media may be used to prepare promotional posts for the Expo's social-media accounts. Where an automated publishing feature is used, a post remains subject to Expo management's review and approval. Submission of content does not guarantee that a post will be created or published, or that it will achieve any particular reach or result.
Third-party websites and services
Vendor websites, social profiles, registration forms, ticket services, videos, and other third-party resources are operated independently. Ever & After Wedding Expo is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, transactions, or security. Visitors should review the terms and policies of any third-party service they use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or security, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person or business, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use website content for unauthorized scraping, resale, or mass solicitation.
Event registration and participation
Website access and a vendor listing do not by themselves create or confirm an exhibitor contract, booth reservation, sponsorship, or ticket purchase. Registration, payment, cancellation, and participation may be governed by separate agreements or form-specific terms presented when those services become available.
Disclaimer and limitation of responsibility
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ever & After Wedding Expo disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, reliance on a listing, or dealings with a third party. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Vendor telephone numbers submitted for Expo administration are not displayed publicly unless separately provided for publication.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website and Expo services evolve. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with jurisdiction in Franklin County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
